About the OTR Occupational Therapist NBCOT OTR Exam

The Occupational Therapist Registered Certification exam lasts for 4 hours and candidates must bring the required documents to the exam. To pass the NBCOT OTR exam, a candidate must score 450 out of a total of 600. The exam format contains a total of 173 questions out of which 170 are multiple-response/choice and multiple-select questions and the other three are clinical simulation questions. The exam outline is broken down into four following domains:

2. Domain 2: Analysis and Interpretation – 23%
3. Domain 3: Intervention Management – 37%
